Omar Khan has 25 years of experience in the sports and entertainment marketing sectors, working successfully on both the client and agency side.

Prior to joining Lycamobile as their first ever global head of sponsorship and events, Omar sold his 10-year-old consulting business to Capitalize the BrandFan Agency in 2012. During his tenure at Lycamobile, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Trinidad Red Steel in the first installment of the Caribbean Premier League. Using a McKinsey outsourced model, he secured consultancy roles working with WPP, Chime Sports Marketing, and IMG, as well as advising Bet 365, Cockspur Rum, Northern Trust, Kingfisher Beer, and Lycamobile on successful marketing partnership campaigns.
Omar relaunched his own consultancy in 2017, which delivers a range of exceptional programs for clients in the UK and across the world.

He was hired by Leverage Agency in 2018 to be their first managing director for EMEA. Omar is based at the iconic Kia Oval Cricket Ground in London and is responsible for spearheading transatlantic relationships and partnerships.
