Mark Ingall was formerly the Managing Director of Global Branding, Media and Marketing at Citi.

With more than 35 years of brand, marketing, and media experience, Mark has worked across almost every category of client and has a keen understanding of the role of a brand within an organization. As a steward of the Citi brand worldwide for nearly 20 years, he strengthened Citi’s brand image and health metrics, promoting the bank, its products, and its mission. During his career at Citi, he was responsible for media strategy and execution across Citi’s global consumer businesses, including banking and credit cards, retail banking, and consumer finance. He was also responsible for managing corporate sponsorships, working on landmark deals with the International Olympic Committee, The Ryder and Presidents Cups in golf, Citi Field and Citi Bike, and Citi’s initial strategic alignment with the entertainment giant Live Nation.

Born and educated in England, Mark has lived and worked in four continents. His extensive experience in media strategy, business development, and branding spans nearly every category of client: airlines, hotels, packaged goods, automotive, financial, luxury, technology, beauty, wines & spirits, sporting goods, household, business-to business, and business-to-consumer. He is also a keen supporter of the arts and sports and an advocate for the under-represented. Mark will be based in the U.S.
